Richard Tormey - Vice President of Sales

Richard brings close to 50 years of produce experience to Glasswing. His experience spans many aspects of the produce industry. In particular, Richard has over 25 years of experience in retail, three years in quality assurance, eight years in the fresh-cut fruit processing business and ten years in procurement. More recently, Richard built a large pineapple program for a brokerage firm in the United States.

Tannis May - Sales & Operations Manager

Tannis brings over five years in sales and logistics experience in freight & transportation industry to Glasswing. Prior thereto, Tannis worked for over ten years in leadership positions in the oil & gas industry.

Kelcey Johnson - General Manager

Kelcey has significant agricultural experience, working on her family’s organic farms in Maryland, USA.

In 1990, the Johnson family decided to invest and build international farms to expand their portfolio. The Johnson’s decided to develop the first organic pineapple farm in Costa Rica which Kelcey helped manage.

Kelcey oversees the day-to-day management of the teams at Piña Hills.

Egdomilia Morales - Packhouse Manager

Egdomilia began her career working the line in a pineapple and yucca packing facility.

In 2006, Egdomilia moved to a larger facility focused solely on the packing of pineapples. She joined as assistant manager before becoming Packhouse Manager in 2010.

Egdomilia oversees the packing team of Pina Hills and coordinates Piña Hills client volume purchases.

Francisco Garcia - Head of Farms

Francisco has been working in the pineapple industry for over 25 years. He has held senior management positions for some of the largest producers, including; Banacol, Fyffes, La Lydia and The Fruit Farm Group. Frank holds a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the EARTH University in Costa Rica.

Francisco oversees all of the farming operations for Piña Hills.

Harry Wu - Head of Finance

Harry oversees the finance and accounting functions for Piña Hills and Glasswing Produce.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Management degree in Accounting from the University of British Columbia.
